Taking time to recharge on a yoga retreat in beautiful Portugal. A bit of "me time" in the stunning countryside.
Loving the practice, food, location and the people.
The nearby beaches are gorgeous.
I am so glad to have taken this time off.

Amasing Reflexology and how your whole body is mapped on your feet. By applying a particular type of pressure I can work through energy blockages present in your organs and tissues.
