We wanted to share an important update regarding our booking policy. We have always had a cancellation policy in place, however moving forward, we will now be enforcing this to help protect our business, our time, and appointment availability for all clients.

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to our cancellation policy.

Of course, we completely understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and these will always be considered with understanding and compassion.

In addition, all aesthetic treatments and long colour services will now require a £50 booking deposit to secure your appointment and help cover the cost of professional products and time reserved specifically for your treatment or service.

As a team of self-employed professionals, late cancellations and missed appointments have a genuine impact on our livelihoods and the running of our business. We truly value every booking and greatly appreciate your understanding, support, and continued loyalty. ✨

We’re looking for 8 lip models for Tuesday 7th April as Melissa Farry trains with our experienced aesthetics practitioner, Nicky Fuller.

Melissa will be teaching Nicky her personal techniques while closely supervising and guiding throughout the treatments.
