+ It’s been a little while since our last update (20th August many years ago to be exact!) my wite tells me l need to be more active on social media. But rest assured, while the posts have been quiet, the clinic has been busy helping people move better, recover stronger, and stay pain free. Oh and I’ve also now got 2 kids 😬🤪

Liam’s absolutely smashing it! I’m so proud of how well he’s picked Turn Therapy up. He’s getting super busy and how he juggles everything is just amazing! I’ve been absolutely terrible at using social media recently, so sorry! However, the business is going from strength to strength with appointments being booked faster than ever! Giving me the opportunity to meet some amazing people from farmers to Pilots and even professional athletes! I completely underestimated how amazing and eye opening this job really is and I’m looking forward to continue and grow in this profession. Been crazy busy with clients that I completely forgot to get business cards sorted. However has swooped in to the rescue and has had some made for me! 😃 I hope you like them. 😍😎

Busy treating clients today! This morning we’ve had Jack in the clinic. Jack is a European WKO (World Kickboxing Organisation) title holder fighting out of and is competing again this weekend for more titles, it was really good listening to how much he loves the sport of Muay Thai and we wish him the best of luck for this weekend and future fights. Even tho he doesn’t need it!!

There are some amazing benefits to having correctly fitted shoes -

The support will stabilise the foot and guide it along a better path and can, in some cases improve posture.

With an improved posture there will be an improvement in any knee or lower back pain you may have, calf tightness and foot cramping/aching.

Even better, if you didn’t want to purchase any new shoes you could get a local therapist or Chiropodist to fit you some insoles!

Or enquire at local sports shops to see if they can do a gait analysis.

Your feet are an extremely important part of your body.

Always take care of them! 👟 👟
