To limit no shows and cancellations I have implemented a new policy. I am always very understanding with things happening and people needing to reschedule however this is now starting to impact my business negatively. I am currently very limited on appointments and I’m having to turn people away. No shows and last minute cancellations mean I can’t always fill those spaces, which in turn means I lose out and another potential client misses out too.

I hope you can all understand why this is having to happen🫶🏼
