Hi guys, just a quick update. My shoulder is pretty much back to normal now and I’m back at work. I’m looking forward to seeing everybody..
On another note, my ageing computer has finally given up the ghost crashing with all my information phone numbers everything so unfortunately I can’t ring you to let you know I’m back at work. Please give me a ring if you need an appointment Chris.

Hi guys an update on my sholder op it’s improving slowly and I’m able to do a bit more now so Iv decided to start back to work after Easter but I may be a bit kack handed lol, so you may need to be patient with me lol as normal.
So I think it’s best if I start slowly so one appointment in the morning and one in the afternoon , and as long as you don’t mind that we can all get together again .I’m looking forward to seeing you all very soon.

Hi guys, just an update on the shoulder situation I am making good progress but I still can’t lift my arm above my waist. I’m seeing the consultant on Friday. I do see improvements day on day but still not sure I could cut hair. Certainly couldn’t do a perm, not that I do many I’m hoping to be back in the saddle by the end of Easter. I’ll keep you informed. Thanks for your patience all my love..

Hi guys just an update on the shoulder op my physiotherapy is going well still can’t raise my arm up to my shoulder. Hopefully that’ll get better in the next week or two. I’ll keep you informed.

Hi guys, a quick update on my progress the clips came out on Friday and I start physiotherapy this coming Friday. It feels a bit weird and I need to rebuild the strength in my arm. But I’m sure I’ll be back on form within two or three weeks. 

Home safe and sound I’m in a bit of pain but everything when well the op it was a complete success so ill be back at full strength very soon # # #
