It is a bright beautiful morning in Cheshire walking to the gym… but it’s freezing!!!
When it starts to get cold, keep the area around your ears and jaw warm. It makes a huge difference for me out walking. Get your bobble hat and scarf out. Bonus points if it was hand knitted 💖

Ever wondered what lymphatic massage actually does?
Now you can see with LCG lymphographic imaging. Dye placed into body shows the movement of fluid.
Lymphatic massage is a light touch massage that can be done for health benefits or with specific needs in mind, such as fluid retention or helping relieve swelling post surgery.
Certain techniques such as fascial release and cranial techniques may also be of benefit as an addition when appropriate for the client.

When you work with the body, you never stop learning 😊 luckily I love to learn.
In February I did a taster course in post surgery techniques for lymphatic massage or MLD.
I plan on taking this as a full course at some point to further my knowledge.
However I am currently 2 thirds of the way though a detailed course in treatment of TMJ disorder and am starting my advanced practitioners course in the The Oxygen Advantage technique with so I’m a little busy at present 🙈 all this deepens my knowledge and broadens my understanding, to create new and better protocols to treat the people walking into my clinic.
