I have been keeping a secret from youā¦.
I am incredibly proud to share that I have officially qualified as an Independent Nurse Prescriber š„³š„¹
Completing this qualification has been one of the greatest challenges of my career. Anyone who knows the course understands how academically challenging and gruelling it can be. I completed this course whilst balancing motherhood, running a business, and caring for a close relative who sadly passed away halfway through my studies. He would have been so proud to know I achieved this (even though we made a deal, he wasnāt allowed to get more poorly when I started the course) š¤ Reaching this point means more to me than I can put into words, both professionally and personally.
Before I am able to prescribe within clinic, there are still formal processes to complete, including ratification of results and confirmation of my updated qualification with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Once these steps have been finalised over the coming months, I will officially be able to prescribe in practice.
I would like to sincerely thank everyone who has supported and encouraged me throughout this journey. Your patience, understanding, and unwavering support have been invaluable.
A special thank you to Claire (my assessor) Bryony (my supervisor) Kathy (the years of prescribing support ā¤ļø) .aestheticpharmacist and my husband, who has supported me every step of the way throughout this process.
This achievement represents years of dedication, resilience, and hard work, and I am truly proud to have reached this milestone.
Most importantly, it marks a huge step forward for CEAās future and will help reduce barriers to patient care moving forward. āØ

When we moved into this building a few years ago (time really does fly!) we were already aware that the faƧade was in a seriously deteriorating condition.
When I purchased it at auction, I knew the scale of the challenge ahead, as it was in such a badly dilapidated state. We carried out some temporary repairs to slow the decline while we searched for a company we could trust to undertake the necessary work on this Grade II listed building within a conservation area.
That company is Aspects Of Oak (). At the time, we were given clear and strict guidance by the council conservation officer on what was required, and we have made sure that all work remains fully in line with those instructions. The focus has always been on preserving and restoring the buildingās natural beauty, rather than altering or changing its original character in any way where possible.
We want this building to be as loved as possible and to stand the test of time for many years to come. With that in mind, weāre very grateful to Aspects Of Oak for their hard work and craftsmanship.
Looking ahead, weāre now planning for the latter part of the summer to repaint and refresh the outside of the building, continuing its restoration and care.
