Abuse & Threatening Behaviour

I just want to remind my patients that I am here to help you, however, I will not tolerate abuse, aggression, or threatening behaviour inside or outside of practice.

Please treat people with the same respect and courtesy that you expect.

This is my job and my sole source of income.

Deposits are taken upon booking with a non-refundable but deductible booking fee (meaning that your deposit will be rolled onto a future appointment).

If you cannot attend your appointment I ask for 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

If you cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour window or do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

Life happens - illness, accidents, we forget, and so on… I do understand, but this is my job and I work to provide for my children and I.

Nobody deserves to be verbally abused or threatened because somebody doesn’t respect fair booking terms.

If you do not respect my booking terms and conditions, please do not book in with me.

I will not be made to feel like I have been today anymore!

Now THAT is what you call “Hard Skin / Cracked Heel removal” 🪄

My patient came into clinic with hard callused heels on their feet… wanting their feet to have the Revive Foot Health care touch we achieved this incredible result within just one appointment!

Removing a years worth of hard, callused skin and exposing deep fissures within their heels, I was able to smooth out any deep cracks leaving a seamless and healthy finish.

With a Foot Health care plan to follow and maintenance appointments scheduled ahead we will achieve smooth and callus free heels for the summer ahead ☀️

CRACKED HEELS… BE GONE!🪄

A lovely new patient attended clinic with some really built up callus leading to some rather deep fissures on their heels.

Within just one session and the callus and deep cracks are no more!

This incredible result was created with a blade to ensure that no rough repetitive friction or harsh chemicals were needed during this appointment👣

With maintenance and the correct aftercare advice given these results will be here to stay 🥳

Happy Hump Day everyone!

We’re half way through the week 🥳 woohoo!

Today is my last day before I close clinic for the Half Term to spend some quality time with my children 🌳

Messages, voicemails etc will continued to be monitored as usual but there will be a delay during this time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

My son turns 9 tomorrow so I will be away from my telephone completely celebrating him for the day but I will be back to responding to you all on Friday. 😀

It looks like we are due some well deserved sunshine so I hope you all manage to get out there and enjoy it!

REMEMBER - if your feet are out in sandals, flip flops or bare then they need to have suncream put on too! ☀️
