Some Friday night vibes reflecting tonight - ✨ thinking out loud really. The quote doesn’t really fit the caption but I just wanted to say -
Sometimes it’s good to look back on how far you’ve come celebrate your own success, do a little dance when you are proud of yourself 💃
For us it’s not about the money, it’s about changing peoples lives for the better. It may only be a “bit of hair” to some people. But for some it’s whether they leave the house that day or make eye contact with someone. If we can help just one person we have achieved what we have set out to do.
Never compare your struggles to some one else’s. You don’t know how they feel or what they’re going through.
Someone who drowns in 7 feet of water is just as dead as someone who drowns in 20 feet of water. Stop comparing traumas, stop belittling your or anyone else’s trauma because it wasn’t “as bad” as someone else’s. This isn’t a competition, we all deserve support and recovery.
