📢 Important Update from Seren Glow!

As Seren Glow continues to grow, I want to make sure I can continue offering you the best possible experience and keeping your favourite appointment slots available.

From 08/05/2026, a £5 non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day, so there's nothing extra to pay! 💆‍♀️

Here's how it works:
✅ Your booking fee secures your appointment slot
✅ It is deducted from your treatment cost when you attend
✅ If you need to cancel with more than 48 hours notice, your fee can be transferred to a future appointment
✅ Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will unfortunately result in the fee being forfeited

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes things come up unexpectedly — I will always do my best to be understanding in genuine emergencies. 🌿

This small change helps protect my time and ensures I can continue to offer the high quality treatments you deserve. Thank you so much for your continued support — it truly means the world to me! 🤍
