Could I please ask everyone to make a note of your appointment dates and times when you book them in?

Since yesterday, I've had over 20 messages from clients asking when their appointments are. It's becoming quite time-consuming to manage appointment requests while also having to check the diary for everyone's bookings.

It would really help me out and keep things running more smoothly if everyone could save their appointment dates and times or keep a note of them, somewhere.Thank you all so much for your help! 💕

With the school holidays approaching, I’d just like to send a gentle reminder that my salon is an adults-only space and I’m unable to accommodate children during appointments, this differs if they are booked in.

As the salon is set up specifically for treatment services, it is not a suitable or safe environment for children, and my insurance cover does not include children being present on the premises. In addition, bringing children to appointments can sometimes affect appointment timings, which may impact the clients booked after you.

If childcare becomes an issue and you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let me know as much notice as possible and I’ll do my best to rearrange your booking for another suitable time.
