Our clients come to us for a number of reasons…help with aches and pains, to de-stress, heal, build mental resilience (cold plunge), breath work and more.

Cold Plunging is great for reducing inflammation (which is why we don’t recommend use after an S&C session), they are great when you really want those muscles to recover asap.

One of the other main reasons we use it and we encourage (mandatory for fighters) members who wish to compete is for the mental aspect…

Absolutely no one wants to get in a metal tub of 3 degrees water and no one wants to stay in there once their in…that’s the idea, it’s uncomfortable, those voices in your head saying ‘it’s too cold’, ‘get out’, ‘when will this be over’ etc…it’s a training tool to override those thoughts, the same thoughts that can crop up during competition.

It forces you to be in the moment and know you can withstand being uncomfortable and override any negative thoughts 💭

Doing something you don’t want to do builds discipline and resilience 💯 get after it!!

For the short time you’re in there…you feel brilliant for much longer after 🙌
