I am the worst for remembering to take photos of treatments, especially when I'm so excited to get home and crack this box open!

Starting today I'm going to try to remember to take photos of all my lovely clients hands to display them, I get distracted when we get chatting and I realize on my way home DANG I forgot to take a photo!

Okay, lets get real for a second!

As a nail tech we don't just train in how to glue a tip onto your nail and put polish on. We actually train in every aspect of your nail down to health, safety, do's and don'ts. I'm not here to tell you where to go and get your nails done but I will tell you where NOT to go!

There are these shops in every town, some on almost every corner. They are CHEAP, FAST and don't care about the over all HEALTH of your nail. My gel system takes 15, 20 minutes tops to take off properly. When I have a client who's nails I'm trying to take off for almost 3 hours.. You have to think to yourself 'what the HECK is on these nails!' Well, its usually never nail grade products and these can harm your nails. Crack, pull off and, weaken and sometimes cause real permanent damage!

As a professional I could never bring myself to put nails on someone with such badly broken nails because I can't guarantee the treatment to last.

Long story short, take care of your nails! Cheap is not always the way, especially when it's your hands health at risk!
