Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctors before booking treatments. Kindly inform staff of any existing medical conditions. we are unable to provide treatments for guests who are pregnant, have given birth in the last 3 months or suffer from or varicose thrombosis. We only accept cash payments at our premises. You can use your plastic by prepaying on our website through paypal. Gift Certificates and refunds

Gift vouchers are available for all treatments. Payment is accepted by cash or credit card/ debit cards online. Please telephone or email your request and we will be happy to assist you. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Cancellations

We do not operate a policy for charging for cancellations, therefore we respectfully ask clients to inform us as soon as possible if they have to cancel, as this obviously impacts on our bookings schedule.
