Unfortunately there’s been a post uploaded on social media today infact not just 1 several from one individual. Sadly this seems to be common in this industry when situations arise which is totally upsetting.

We are just a small independent business trying to make a living and when things like this happen it’s truly devastating- Not everything you see online is real.

If a mistake does happen we would always try and rectify the problem as our clients satisfaction will always come first, however as stated in our police any issues must be made aware within the first 7 days of your initial appointment. Unfortunately mistakes do happen as we are only human and not everything can be 100% perfect all of the time even though we would like it to be!

We try our hardest to create a warm, friendly environment for people to relax and enjoy and we appreciate every single customer who walks through the door.

We will not be responding on anything that is posted or messaged to us about the matter as this should be resolved in a 1-1 situation only.

Due to the amount of cancellations and no show appointments over the past few months we have decided to enforce a new policy to the salon.

We are both self employed and when we have no shows it means that sadly we don’t receive an income, not only that we are extremely busy at the moment and are having to turn clients away and it’s frustrating when we get no shows/last minute cancellations as we could of offered the appointment time to someone else.

We hope that everyone can understand and as always we appreciate the support from all of you🫶
