💧Just a little reminder to make sure you are keeping yourself hydrated in the current temperatures. If you’re like me and suffer from migraines this heat can really make migraines worse especially if you are dehydrated. So fill up those water bottles up!!!

📆 I do have a last minute appointment available for tomorrow!! It’s a perfect slot for a back massage, foot or leg massage, gel nails, or an express facial.

🔥It’s been a hot one today, I did manage to keep the room fairly cool up until early evening and I think we all appreciated the fan.

🌹Now home to find the first rose has opened in the garden. And I’m sat enjoying the cooler side of the sunshine.

☀️ Please remember if you are in for a massage this week, although I do try and remove as much excess oil as I can there will be some left on your skin so you must be careful in the sun.

🚰 Stay hydrated, plenty of water is recommended.
