Looking at running another Movement Mania event on the weekend of June 10th.
Starting with a group class on Friday 9th and then slots throughout the weekend to have a crack at our challenge.

Attention!!
We are looking for a small group of people to take part in our 4 week “Hyrox fit” training programme. 🏃♂️🏋🏻
Ideal for anyone training for an upcoming Hyrox event (especially as it will finish one week before the London event) but also fantastic for anyone looking for a challenge or a kickstart to their training.
Over the 4 weeks you will take part in 6 group sessions.
Sunday October 23rd 10am Fitness test
Friday October 28th 6pm Strength circuit
Sunday October 30th 10am cardio circuit
Sunday November 6th 10am whole body circuit
Friday November 11th 6pm strength circuit
Sunday November 13th 10am redo fitness test
As well as the 6 group sessions, there will be weekly home workouts to complete as well as online support.
All participants will also receive a Movement Hyrox T-shirt.
