Unfortunately I’m still unable to tell you all the juicy details but it won’t be long before I’m shouting it from the roof tops!
Friday 30th July will be my last day at so as a thank you to all my amazing clients, I’m offering all 1 hour sports massages at £35!!
I’ve opened up 30 slots over the next 2 weeks to try and accommodate as many clients as possible.

I’m absolutely gutted that we have to close our doors again for a little while. I would like to thank all of my clients this year for supporting my business. I absolutely love massaging so I’m heartbroken that I can’t see you all for another month. ❤️

Also, a huge thank you to every single client who was booked in over the last few days, 30 clients in 3 days (that’s why I’m only just posting, it’s took me 36 hours to recover 😂) I loved every single second! Important information!

Erythema (Redness of the skin)

Massaging generates heat, which is transferred to the soft tissue via friction between the hands and the skin. Heat causes blood vessels to vasodilate, therefore increasing blood flow.
Erythema (redness of the skin) is very common during and after a sports massage due to the increased blood flow.
Blood is how our muscles and tissues gain the nutrients they need and it also helps to discard any toxins sat around the injured sight.

Let’s talk about ‘knots’ ...

I get asked all the time, what is a knot?
Medically termed as a ‘myofasciql trigger point,’ these are areas within the muscle that can be tender to touch and usually present as a small, ball shaped lump.
Trigger points occur when the muscle fibres or fascia tighten up. This can be caused by several things, including: stress, injury, repetitive movement and poor posture.
Sports massage is a very effective treatment to release tension that is causing the pain. By stripping deep into the muscle, we can realign the fibres and flush out any toxins from the problematic area.
