A little reminder that strong glutes aren’t just about aesthetics. 🍑

Your glutes are some of the most important muscles in your body. They help support your lower back, stabilise your hips, improve posture, protect your knees and make everyday movement feel easier and stronger.

If you’ve ever struggled with lower back pain, aching hips, poor balance or feeling unstable during exercise, weak glutes could be playing a bigger role than you realise.

One of the things I love most about strength training is that the benefits go far beyond how you look. Building strength helps you move better, feel more capable, reduce your risk of injury and stay active for years to come.

And let’s be honest… a stronger, more lifted backside is a pretty nice bonus too. 🤍

So here’s your gentle reminder to stop skipping lower body day, pick up those weights and give your glutes the attention they deserve.
