✨ Cancellation Policy ✨

Just a gentle reminder that missed appointments (no-shows) are charged at full price.

As a small business, no-shows don’t just leave a gap in my day — they cost me income. It’s especially frustrating when I have clients on my cancellation list who would have happily taken that appointment if I’d had enough notice.

I completely understand that life happens, but please do your best to give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange.

✨ A Little Update From Me ✨

From 1st April 2026, all of my hair services will increase by £2.

This is my first price increase in 6 years, and it’s not something I’ve taken lightly. I’ve always tried to keep my prices as fair and accessible as possible, while continuing to invest in the best products, education, and tools to give you the quality you deserve.

With rising costs across the industry, this small adjustment will help me continue providing the same high standard of service, time, and care that I pride myself on 🤍

I’m so incredibly grateful for your loyalty, support, and trust over the years — it truly means the world to me.

This wonderful client had grown her old colour out over 4 years ago, and had been natural ever since, which might i add i loved her natural look.
But today she took the plunge and went back to colouring her hair and wanted a fresh new look.
We added warmth and tone to warm up her complexion and its safe to say, she loved it 🥰
