How stunning is this change to my gorgeous clients eye lashes, achieved by a LVL treatment.

I use products from Ciao Brow, which are Vegan and Cruelty Free. The treatment includes a lash tint.

I always talk about self care / self love, to my clients, so I've taken my own advice and I'm back running (well my version of it 😃), along with my other fitness routines.

It's about kicking myself into action with great folk encouraging me.

I'm on a bit of a keep fit campaign right now, it's great for my mental and physical health, however, someone in my house thinks I should not be doing any floor work today 🤣💖

It's another fab day in the Highlands. Im trying to get up and go out for a walk every morning before work, today I nearly didn't go, but kicked my own ass and went out!! Some days it's needed.
