💚 A Little Update From Me 💚

As many of you know, I'm incredibly passionate about what I do, and I truly appreciate every single person who chooses to support my small business.

Lately, I've realised that to continue giving my clients the very best version of me, I need to create a healthier work/life balance. At the moment, I'm working 40–50 hours a week, and I've found it increasingly difficult to switch off.

So, from today, I'll be setting some boundaries around my working hours.

📱 I will no longer be answering phone calls or replying to messages after 7pm on weekdays.
🌿 On Sundays, I will be completely switching off and won't be responding to messages at all.

Please don't worry if you message outside of these times—I'll get back to you as soon as I can during my working hours.

Taking this time to rest and recharge means I can continue providing the calm, caring treatments and service that you all deserve.
