Let's talk about the Shower steamer...

BENEFITS

Shower steamers are the perfect solution. They provide the therapeutic benefits of essential oils, but in half the time of a bath. Shower steamers are also great for clearing out your sinuses, detoxing and clarifying your skin, and re-creating the spa experience at home.

HOW TO USE THEM
Create a steamy environment in your bathroom/ shower. Unwrap and remove the steamer from the foil and moisten under the running shower water to activate the fizz.  Then place the steamer on the floor of the shower towards the corner or just out of the direct spray of the water. The steamer should be getting lightly sprinkled by the running water.  As it begins to fizz the pure essential oils are released into the steam and the shower is filled with the aromatherapy scents of the shower steamer.  To adjust the stregth of the scent you can move the steamer closer or further from the direct stream of water. For a stronger scent, the shower steamer can also be placed in a soap dish or ledge closer to you.

One for ladies... Marjoram essential oil is one of my favourite smells. Never realised how floral it smells until I started blending oils. This bath bomb has also clary sage and sweet orange essential oils in them so all together is great for pain relief, reduction of stomach/menstrual cramps, alleviation of menopause symptoms and even helps keep feelings of stress and anxiety to a minimum

One specifically for the gentlemen out there... I made a blend of Peppermint which helps to relax muscles, Sandalwood helps encourage mental clarity, Pine enhances the circulation & Grapefruit reduces stress. These are only few benefits of this amazing blend

The "Oatmeal" bath bomb is one of my favourite bath bombs simply for the health benefit reason. It contains Colloidal Oatmeal that soothes eczema, psoriasis, sun burn and chicken pox. These are the very reason why I got into making natural bodycare. Oh, and they smell lovely too which is a bonus 😉
