I am seeing a lot of Facebook adverts from company’s selling essential oils at the minute. If you are considering buying essential oils please consider these 3 points to avoid wasting your money on inferior products.
Latin/Botanical Name should always be present
Where the plant material used to make the product was grown and what method was used to distill it into an essential oil
Check the ingredients, if there is more than just the botanical name it is likely that the oil has been diluted
I always look for suppliers registered with the Aromatherapy Trade Council (ATC) and ideally look for essential oils with a soil association certification but this isn’t always possible.

Hello everyone. Please be advised of the following price changes taking effect on 1st January 2022 (and on Gift Certificates from 1st December 2021)
15 minute treatments will increase by £1
30 minute treatments will increase by £2
60 minute treatments will increase by £3
90 minute treatments will increase by £4
E.g. Body Massage 60min is now £30, it will be £33 from Jan 1st 2022.
This has been the first price rise in 6 years. It reflects the increased cost of business operations over that time

It's always an exciting time when parcels arrive! Over the last couple of months I have been sampling some new Reflexology products and have foundthat Flying Wild Reflexology Cream enhances my treatments so much that I decided to buy the whole range. Clients will now have upto 9 different scents to choose from and just to add to all this good news, the green conscious company I purchase my products from plant a tree for every order.

COVID Update:
As restrictions are starting to relax I just wanted to touch base with you to let you know that I am still taking hygiene surrounding cross contamination seriously.
There will be no change to my cleaning routine and buffers between clients.
What is changing is: I will no longer be wearing a visor AS WELL as a type IIR medical mask as standard. I will still be wearing the Type IIR mask and clients are still encouraged to wear masks when appropriate, but my visor will only be worn when requested.
You will also start to see longer treatments becoming available on the website as time limitations on treatments seem to have been lifted with the easing.
One last note: for your peace of mind I am also now 2 weeks clear of my second vaccination. I will never judge someone for not choosing to be vaccinated but I understand some people will appreciate to know their therapist has had their jabs.
