Polite notice to clients - Please do not turn up to an appointment if it was not accepted on the booking system as I’ve had this happen already. I have a few that booked for tomorrow but have failed to send over the booking fee/deposit within 24 hours of making the appointment. This has resulted in it being a declined booking. You are able to book again but you will receive all the same info and will need to ensure you pay your booking fee for it to be accepted and secured.
