My diabetes blood levels have dropped from 49 mmol/mol to 37 mmol/mol which is a normal level & I’ve had my medication reduced from 3 a day to just 1😍❤️

Stop the scroll! Together, mum and daughter duo Susan and Holly have lost a jaw-dropping 18st 13.5lbs (120kg) – and have been named our Two Together 2026 winners 🥳.

Both Susan and Holly had struggled with their weight for years – Holly says she’d been overweight for as long as she could remember, while Susan says she struggled to manage her weight after having her children.
