Please remember that missed appointments and same-day cancellations have a huge impact on small businesses. Time reserved for your appointment is time that cannot be filled at short notice.

This is our livelihood, and like everyone else, we have bills to pay. When appointments are missed without notice or cancellation fees go unpaid, it directly affects our business and income.
As stated in our booking policy, any no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the appointment, and less than 24hrs, will be charged 50% of the booked service.

Unfortunately, we have recently had a number of clients who have failed to pay their cancellation fees. Moving forward, unpaid fees will need to be cleared before any future appointments can be booked.
