🌸 Polite notice to all clients 🌸

As I've had so many swaps and cancellations lately I feel forced to make a 48 hour cancellation policy. I completely understand there are occasions where you can't possibly make your appointment and what with covid and all the bugs etc I have been considerate and taken it into account, but in 10 years of business I have really noticed a rise in last minute swaps and cancellations.

Unfortunately It is affecting my business and I already go out of my way to accommodate everyone with appointments, i don't want to charge existing clients deposits for each appointment as it would be too much of a layout, but I'm trying to work around school times and hobbies, it's very frustrating so please if you make a date for your nails make sure you can commit to coming, if you have to cancel or swap within 48 hours of the appointment I will have to charge a fee before booking back in.
