48-Hours Notice : Need to reschedule ? No problem just give us 48hrs notice !

Late Cancellation (under 48hrs)
If it's last minute ,we'll charge 50% of your appointment fee

No Show : Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full & a booking fee of 50% before you can rebook.

This policy helps us all at Glo serve our amazing clients & keep Glo going.
We have had so many late cancellations & no shows over the past few months.
