🌿 Mabon Morning Moment 🌿
This morning belonged to Honey and me.
With a day off ahead, we wandered across the field while the air was still cool enough to enjoy. You can really see the effects of the weather we’ve been experiencing lately in the grass. Honey stopped to investigate every interesting scent, listened intently to birds I couldn’t hear, and every so often looked back to make sure I was still following behind.
She makes me smile so much.
There’s something wonderfully grounding about walking with Honey. Dogs don’t rush towards tomorrow or dwell on yesterday. They simply notice what’s right in front of them, reminding us to do the same.
As I walked beneath the trees this morning, I realised how often we wait for the “right” moment to slow down. The truth is, these little moments are the right moments.
A quiet walk.
A gentle breeze.
The shade of old trees.
A faithful little companion.
A grateful heart.
Sometimes that’s all we need to feel a little more like ourselves again.
Wherever today takes you, I hope you find a few moments to pause, breathe deeply and simply be.
Take gentle care of yourself.

🌿 Mabon Morning Moment
Happy Sunday.
This morning, I found myself pausing for a little longer in the garden.
The birds seemed busy with their own conversations, beautiful butterflies drifted effortlessly from flower to flower, and, almost without me noticing, the first of my sunflowers have begun to bloom.
It made me smile.
Nature never seems to rush.
The butterflies don't compete with the bees.
The roses don't compare themselves to the lavender.
And the sunflowers don't hurry to bloom before they're ready.
Each one grows in its own time, quietly reaching towards the light.
There's something wonderfully reassuring about that.
So often we measure ourselves against where someone else is in their journey. We wonder if we should be further ahead, doing more, achieving more, or becoming more.
Yet nature asks none of that of itself.
It simply grows.
Patiently.
Steadily.
In harmony with the season it finds itself in.
Perhaps that's something we can gently borrow today.
Before another busy week begins, take a few quiet moments for yourself.
Step into the garden, a local park, or simply open a window.
Listen to the birds.
Watch the butterflies.
Notice the colours that surround you.
Take a slow, deep breath.
Allow yourself to be present in this one beautiful moment.
You don't have to have everything figured out today.
You don't have to bloom before you're ready.
Your journey is your own, unfolding exactly as it should.
As I watched my sunflowers this morning, I was reminded why they've become so special to me.
They always turn towards the light.
And when the light isn't there, they turn towards one another.
There's a beautiful lesson in that.
May you always find the light.
And on the days when you can't, may someone gently turn towards you until it returns.
Have a peaceful Sunday.
With love,
Louise 🌻🌻

🌿 **Mabon Morning Moment**
Good morning, and happy Sunday.
After a week of soaring temperatures, today feels a little gentler. The air is cooler, the pace feels softer, and perhaps this is your invitation to slow down too.
If you find yourself with even half an hour today, spend it doing something that fills *you* back up.
Read a few pages of a book.
Sit in the sunshine with your morning drink.
Walk barefoot on the grass.
Potter in the garden.
Treat yourself to a long shower and take a little extra care with your skin.
Or simply do... nothing at all.
Rest isn't something we have to earn.
Sometimes it's exactly what allows us to show up as our best selves tomorrow.
Whatever today holds, I hope you find one small moment that brings you peace, care and comfort.
You deserve that.
🌿 Today's Mabon Moment 🌿
🌱 Ask yourself:
🌱 “What would feel nourishing for me today?"
Then, if you can, honour the answer.
Have a beautiful Sunday.
With warmth,
Louise 🌻🌻
