Somebody once asked me if I feel an expectation of having perfect skin being a skin specialist. My answer is ‘when living with skin conditions you don’t have a choice’ Especially when stress and anxiety control a lot of it. With skin conditions like rosacea, acne, eczema, psoriasis a flare up is inevitable it knowing your triggers and what to do in the event. The most confusing thing is looking at what skincare you need and there is literally hundreds lining the shelves or on a list on look fantastic !!!!

If you’ve ever felt frustrated trying to figure out what your skin actually needs, I truly get it. My journey with rosacea and hormonal acne wasn’t straightforward. There were times my skin felt inflamed, reactive, and unpredictable, and I didn’t always know what to do next.

What I’ve learned is that every ingredient has a role — whether it’s calming redness, supporting the skin barrier, or gently targeting breakouts. But more isn’t always better. It’s about finding what works together for your skin, not throwing everything at it at once.
