Little refresh here at The Keep Barbershop, Durham. 👊🏽

May we politely remind clients that no show’s & late cancellation’s result in the barbers and the business being directly impacted financially due lack of punctuality.

We understand things come up but that’s why we use Booksy to give full control to clients and their own individual bookings. We also understand that it may be out to your control as to why you have failed to attend, but we also can’t be penalised for it. If 1 barber has 1 no show a week it equates to over £1,000.00 per year to give you ah understanding.

We’re experiencing record highs of missed appointments at the moment and it cannot continue, we’re afraid.

Again, manners cost nothing. Log into Booksy and cancel within good time or give the shop a call. An explanation & apology goes a long way.
