Still smiling through the pain

My therapist shone a golden light, and during our hypnotherapy session, I felt this incredible warmth wash over me. It's funny how a little bit of imagination can make such a difference to how I'm feeling, especially when dealing with the constant discomfort.

I'm really hoping this hypnotherapy helps me manage the pain and frustration that often comes with my lipedema. 😢 It's so important to talk about these things, to raise awareness and break down the stigma surrounding chronic conditions.

Sometimes, I still feel so self-conscious about my legs, but moments like this give me a little bit of hope. I'm trying to adapt to life changes, and this felt like a really positive step.

I'm not giving up on being mobile, even though my legs are causing so much pain. This journey with lipedema is tough, and the unkind words from bullies used to really crash my mental health.

But I'm determined, and I'm not giving up on having a walking frame to help me get around. It's all about awareness and fighting the stigma, you know? Even though it's hard, I'm going to keep pushing for this! 😢
