Fun Fact 🐝 If bees went extinct, humanity would survive however, our diets would change dramatically.
Around 70 of the 100 crop species that feed 90% of the world rely on bee pollination. We would see the disappearance or severe scarcity of many fruits, vegetables, and nuts !!

Today is a reminder that even small actions like planting pollinator friendly flowers, avoiding harmful pesticides, and supporting sustainable farming can make a big difference.

It's the weekend finally 🙌🏿 This week didn’t go exactly to plan, and that’s okay.

On Wednesday, when the market didn’t work out, as the weather had other plans, for a moment, I questioned whether stepping back meant giving up. Instead, I chose to pour my energy back into my space, my body, and my creativity.

So, I decluttered, made candles, used kettlebells, and last night used a clay mask, perfect way to end a Friday.
I realised, learning to trust when to pause instead of push.

We are so used to seeing ingredients in products and brands that we trust that we may not realise what they are doing to our bodies. It's so important to read the labels and understand what the ingredients mean.

Do your research

1. Read the full ingredient list
2. Use the Internet to help you learn what ingredients names mean and what names are hidden within other ingredients
3. Use Apps to easily check if a product is 'green' or not
4. Don't rely on brands that you've seen online or in well known shops, these can be mass produced with cheap non natural ingredients
5. If the ingredients says "essential oils", it doesn't always mean these are 100% pure, they could be mixed with other ingredients that aren't natural and are no good for your skin or health
