To make your lash appointment the easiest and relaxing as possible you should…

Be on time, if you turn up more than 15 minutes late I more than likely won’t be able to perform any treatment on you as it will go into my next appointment time. We will have to reschedule a future appointment.

Ask any questions you feel you might have, no question is too silly so please ask away!

Please please please wash your lashes! This will save time at your appointment and having a build up of dirt in your lashes can cause retention issues. Your lashes won’t last as long if they aren’t washed daily.

Avoid caffeine!! This can make it extremely hard for me to lash you due to your eyes being more fluttery/twitchy. This could prolong your appointment time and make it unsafe for me to lash you due to the glue potentially touching your skin.

Please have your phone on silent. This can make it more relaxing for you at your appointment as there will be no distractions.

Last but not least, don’t wear contact lenses to your appointment or remove them just before your treatment is due to start. You’ll have your eyes closed for minimum 1.5 hours and this will cause your contacts to dry up during this time. Make sure to bring your contact lens case with you.
