We’ve enjoyed a quiet day at home today, although quiet is probably not the right word for a day at home with a 4 year old and 2 year old! Whilst making the most of the extra time at home, it constantly rings in the back of our minds that today has come at a cost. Benny’s 2nd round of chemotherapy should have started on Monday but it has been delayed whilst we wait for his blood counts to recover. This brings with it a lot of mixed emotions.

As we’ve now crossed into the new year, the year in which we need to access CAR-T therapy for Benny, things feel a bit more urgent but still very uncertain.

The community that has come together for us in such a short time has been wonderful beyond words and it really is impossible to express how much it truly means to us.

We would be so grateful if you could keep sharing Benny’s story and asking your friends and family to share it too. Everyone has been amazing so far and we can’t ask any more of you, we just need to make sure his story reaches as many new people as possible in order for us to have a chance of reaching such a huge goal.
