Your body and mind are your most sacred temple.
When was the last time you attended your temple?
When did you last gifted yourself time to switch off and just be? Can you still remember what it feels like to be relaxed and stress free? And how nice it feels to be in your own skin?
Can you remember how lovely it is to be able to take deep breaths and relax with your eyes close?
Make you your first priority. Because the time you invest in taking care of yourself is the most precious and your future self will thank you for it β€οΈ
The time has come to stop surviving and start living this magical gift that is L I F E π«π€π¦

Few simple ingredients for one of the taster recipes Iβve put together to hydrate the cells in the morning: 3 organic apples π , 1 pealed cucumber π₯, 1 thumb fresh ginger π« and turmeric, 1 big handful of Melissa and mint. Absolutely delicious and refreshing π. Did you know Melissa officinalis, commonly known as lemon balm, is a lemon-scented mint plant prized for its calming and antiviral properties. It is most widely used to reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality, soothe cold sores, and ease indigestion. Love the food that loves you back! π
