P12 was hardddd but so was spending the past 25 years at war with myself...stuck in a cycle of starving then binging...rattling on t5s (iykyk 😂) the 10 cal soup diet 🤮 (how tf was that a thing 😅) using exercise as a punishment...and still not being happy within myself.

I've learned so much from the past 12 weeks. The biggest take away for me was realising food is not the enemy...it's literally fuel and we need it 🫡

I joined FUNKTIONAL FITNESS TRAINING in Feb and it's the best thing I've ever done. I've learned so much from the coaches and being surrounded by so many encouraging people just makes me want to keep pushing myself 💪🏼😊 honestly if you're on the fence about joining just do it! It's the best 🥰

I'm so done with chasing skinny...I want to be strong & healthy and show my girls that we are so much more than how our bodies look 💖
