December is my busiest month for nails, please can you let me know if you can’t make your appointments and please arrive on time. I understand that things happen like illness etc but please just let me know. Otherwise I will have to start taking deposits. Anyone who turns up 10 minutes after their appointment time will be refused their appointment as I only book out a certain amount of time for each client.
