I'm now offering massage and myofascial treatments at the Eastbourne Clinic of Natural Medicine at 69 Meads St, just round the corner from the shops in Meads. I'm pleased to be working from this lovely venue which has been providing complementary therapies for many years. I've changed my profile picture to one of me wearing my massage tunic and looking cheerful - which is how I'll be looking if I get to start hands on work again in mid April, which is the current plan according to the road map. Hurrah!

As lockdown 2.0 ends next week I'm able to offer hands on treatment to all again from Wednesday 2nd Dec at the Natural Fitness and Therapies Centre. There will of course be full Covid precautions, as before, so feel free to give me a call to book a treatment - 07958 516262.

Hi everyone, hope that people are doing OK so far. As regards my massage work - clinical massage therapists with the appropriate qualifications are permitted to see clients for hands on treatment during this second lockdown, provide that that there is a medical need and that the treatment takes place at healthcare service premises. I have the necessary qualifications (a Level 4 certificate in Advanced Clinical Massage Treatment) and will be able to provide treatment where necessary at the Natural Fitness and Therapies Centre. "Medical need" has usefully been described by the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council as being where pain and dysfunction prevent the client sleeping or carrying on the activities of daily life and where treatment cannot wait until the end of lockdown. If you think you fall into this category, please contact me to arrange a videocall appointment of around 15 mins in which we will consider whether treatment can be provide by way of self care techniques, which is the preferred option until the end of lockdown, or whether hands on treatment is required. If a hands on session is arranged, all of the anti-Covid precautions which were put in place at the end of the last lockdown will remain in place.

Unfortunately, because of current circs, no post race massage volunteers for the Beachy Head marathon and 10K this weekend. A couple of clients are coming into see me at the Natural Fitness Centre for post race massage on the Monday but I have a couple of slots still available.......

Treatments available Tuesday to Saturday 9.30 till 8 pm. Everything is as Covid secure as we can make it. Treatments cost £50.
