Helping people move, recover, and enjoy life is why I love what I do. 🙏

I’ve been working with this client since last September, and he says the treatments have really helped ease muscle tension in his neck and upper back.

He walks, plays tennis, goes to the gym, and does pilates - and now he can enjoy all his sports without pain or restriction.

He always books one or two sessions ahead and prefers 90 minutes so I can focus on his whole body and give him the best care possible.

This incredible 85-year-old gentleman, living with MS and using a power chair, asked for a neck & lower back massage at home. 🪑💆‍♂️

We started with monthly sessions, then increased the frequency, helping him release tension in his neck, shoulders, and back. After just four months, he’s feeling much more comfortable and the pain has significantly improved!

A walk in the sunshine, some fresh air, and taking in the views we’re lucky to have here in Eastbourne can really make a difference to how you feel.

Someone asked me the other day what the best part of my job is. I love giving the massage, but the best part is how people feel afterwards.

Hearing that they’re moving better, feeling more relaxed, or sleeping better the next time I see them makes it all worthwhile.

Sometimes a little time looking after yourself can make a big difference. 💆‍♀️

Mums… they mean the world to us 🌍💜

I’m so lucky to have my mum close by. We share stories, giggles, clothes, recipes, and most importantly, time together 🥰

This quote (often attributed to Martha Beck) has really been on my mind lately. When I look at this recent photo of me, on the final stretch of a cross country race, focused but calm, it reminds me how much I value presence, care, and intention, whether I’m running, or supporting someone during their massage treatment.

Growth for me has never been about rushing forward; it’s about showing up fully, listening deeply and working with the body, not against it.

I’m also excited to share that I’m continuing my CPD journey this year, expanding my massage skills and deepening what I can offer so I can support you even more.

As a mobile massage therapist in Eastbourne and the surrounding areas, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a number of people living with MS. Each person’s needs and experiences vary, so every session is carefully tailored to how they’re feeling that day.

Massage isn’t for everyone, but for some of my clients, its become a really helpful part of their wellbeing routine - helping with pain relief, improving flexibility, or simply offering a moment of calm and care.

Clients will book a massage weekly, fortnightly or monthly and really appreciate the convenience of having the massage in the comfort of their own home.

What started as an idea following a conversation with a good friend — and a business name that had been in my mind for quite some time — has grown into a business I’m truly proud of.
