After two walks in the sun (with SPF on 👍🏻) I thought I’d make this evening “Face and Feet Friday” 💆🏻‍♀️👣

So, here is this evening’s routine 🥰

💦 first cleanse with Hydrating Cleanser (refreshing facial gelee) and a spritz of Morning Mist (soothing toning essence)

😌 then apply Electric Bloom (brightening, tightening mask) and relax for 30 minutes.

🧼 secondary cleanse with Smoothing Cleanser (complexion purifier) another spritz of Morning Mist, a couple of drops of Rainforest Dew (hydration serum) and finished off with Skin Dream (firming night cream)

👣 feet were treated to a Foot Smooth (enzymatic scrub) and a relaxing Repairing Foot Remedy massage

So, now feet up with a cuppa ☕️

📜 I’m proud to share some exciting news…

I’ve recently completed the MASCED (Melanoma and Skin Cancer Early Detection) training with SKCIN, a leading UK skin cancer awareness charity, through Tropic’s brilliant partnership with them.

This accredited course isn’t about diagnosing – it’s about learning to recognise the early signs and symptoms of skin cancer, understanding what to look out for, and knowing how to encourage people to seek medical advice if something doesn’t look quite right.

☀️ You can never underestimate the importance of wearing a good broad-spectrum SPF daily – not just when the sun’s out! Skin cancer is the most common cancer in the UK, and incredibly, 90% of cases are preventable.

I’m really pleased to now be certified and better equipped to raise awareness while continuing to share Tropic’s skin-loving, protective products.
