Just a few tools for my prehab session, anyone would think I love pink! 💕.
After a couple of years of taking my foot off the gas with training, I'm gradually building myself up again, making it a year long process to build a steady run and swim base. I'm incorporating two sessions a week of prehab, to maintain and strengthen my body. Like I often say to my clients with injuries and niggles, you have to lay a good foundation before building a house 🏡🏃🏊

Appreciation.....this is my keyword this week ...I am focusing on everything that I appreciate. This morning, I went paddle boarding and of course, this was very easy! The sparkling blue sea, the warmth of the shimmering sun, the coolness of the water on my face, when I bathed afterwards.... and the husband on the shore waiting for me.....
But if we can do this for everything in our daily life, appreciation, I feel takes the tension away from our body. There is nothing to stress about, nothing to resist, just to receive and appreciate. Our bodies are able to relax....breathe, appreciate. Be in the moment.
I am not looking back, I am not looking forward, I am in the moment and I am receiving the abundance all around me....I have air to breathe....I have everything I need.

This is a lovely mindful practice exercise. Try this a few times today. With some practice you might begin to feel at one with your surroundings ☀️. Try to relax your mind and let your body melt into the earth ✨
