I’M BACK 🛬

We (myself and I) landed two weeks ago, and we’re back at it…

A few things have changed:

• Spirit of Reiki is no longer, after making the decision to focus more on Sports Massage Therapy and Corrective Exercise, alongside Breathwork workshops (stay tuned for that!) aimed at nervous system regulation and its powerful mental health benefits.

• For those of you who know me beyond the Spirit of Reiki brand, you’ll know I’m an extremely hyperactive human who enjoys life by being enthusiastically sub-par at as many outdoor hobbies as possible. I geek out on physiology and psychology in my spare time and love living through a healthy mind and body that allows me to experience, travel, connect, and take on physical challenges. Helping others do the same through evidence-based practice feels more authentic.🏋️‍♀️

• That being said, I’ll still be offering private Reiki sessions for those who request them, but it won’t be part of my advertised services.

• I’m currently sourcing a treatment room — but in the meantime, I’ll be offering mobile treatments. Drop me a message to book in! 🙌

✨️ THIS ONE IS NEW ✨️ FASCIA RELEASE & REGULATING BREATHWORK ..

I'm actually really looking forward to this. Typically, my workshops are reiki related or focused on conscious connected breathwork, which is more about processing emotions within the body and working therapeutically..

However, some of you may know that my background (in fact, it's the bread and butter of my business) is sports massage. I nerd out on physiology and working with the body from a purely rehabilitation and sport recovery related basis is how I started, you know, before all the 🌈woo woo stuff🌈

My clients are ALWAYS asking me about how they can reduce stress and maintain their body around their training or asking for rolling & stretch routines to prevent any further pain..

SO when the awesome came to me with the proposal of creating a workshop with the focus being on fascia release, learning about physical maintenance, improving mobility and learning some easy practical nervous system regulation through breathwork, I was aaalll over it.

I know for a FACT that there are plenty of you that come to me regularly for treatment that will 11000% benefit from this workshop 🙌

Keeping life pretty wholesome lately ♡

Loving weekends with - Cold sea dip, great company, coffee & a sauna to finish off... magic.

Had the opportunity to see Ben Howard, Chance Peña and Jonah Kagen live last week - so special!!

This week I'm flying to Madrid mainly to eat tapas & tortilla until I am sick of the sight of it...(might do hyrox too, no promises)

Following that, from next week I have the pleasure of taking the next two groups through their level 1 & 2 Reiki courses at - (A few spaces left on level 1, if it takes your fancy get in touch asap ♡)

Aaand, .wellness and I are running the first Cacao & Breathwork ceremony in a beautiful space at The Holistic Haven on the 1st of November 🍂 DM for details!

Another beautiful Sunday morning with and the most relaxing evening yoga session by (I think you finally cracked me? Do I do Yoga now? Is this happening?)

Cheesy as it sounds, my heart is so full after this weekend, these sessions with are providing such a unique space for people to connect, to get out their comfort zones, to find support in others despite the challenges they are facing in their daily lives. - a.k.a Wes, I'm a huge fan of this Sunday sessions. I believe It's helping people in more ways than you know. Big love to you for starting this ♡

💡Did you know... in some cultures, cacao ceremonies are believed to connect you with the spirit world and induce the required state of mindfulness and relaxation to be receptive to profound insights. 🦋

💡 Cacao increases blood flow to the brain and induces a release of endorphins and dopamine 🤗

🪶  The earliest form of Breathwork was traced back to the ancient Indian practice of pranayama 🧘‍♀️ There are many types of Breathwork practices!

🪶 Today, conscious connected breathwork (which you will experience in this workshop) is proven to connect the conscious and unconscious mind, serving as an extremely effective tool for inner healing, integration & transformation.
