Our Story
Strands of Meads Street has been well established for over a decade!
We are a professional, creative, modern salon located in the wonderful little village of Meads.
We are a family run business opening in 2006 in a smaller premises then known as The Old Fire-station. New to Meads we embraced ourselves within the community and fell in love with its village lifestyle and historical surroundings. We met the loyal and welcoming residents which became new clients and built new relationships quickly. We now cater for clients within Meads and from all over Eastbourne and surrounding areas. In 2015 we branched out to a bigger premises at the forefront of the village. Managing now to offer our clients many other treatments within the Hair and Beauty industry. We will continue to strive to improve our services and to reach higher than expectations.
Finding a great hairdressing salon is lifechanging. At Strands we understand the importance of this. We have a continuous education programme for all our stylists to perfect their skills and keep in touch with the latest looks and fashionable trends. We use retail luxury hair products providing high quality results.
