Aftercare is so important when it comes to lash extensions. Taking good care of your lashes will make them last longer and keep them looking fresh 🌸

WHY DO EYELASH EXTENSIONS TAKE SO LONG?

On average extensions can take anywhere from 1.5 hours - 3 hours. This all depends on the style of lash you choose and how many natural lashes you have yourself.

We have the consultation before your appointment so we can choose your desired look & length and make sure this is healthy for your natural lashes.

We then have pre-treatment where we will wash your lashes, prime them, place eye pads and any tape needed to secure them.

We then begin the treatment. We have to isolate every natural lash and place an extension onto every healthy lash. You can have anywhere between 150-300 lashes PER EYE. This means we have to repeat this roughly around 300-600 times per set. We also have to change our glue every 20/30 minutes.

We then fan the lashes dry, remove any eye pads and tape. We also spend a good 2 minutes taking photos as we love to be able to post our art work!

We don’t just place lashes onto your eye we create art with them and we care for them.

Yes it is a very long process but it is more than worth it for the end result 😍

EDUCATION TIME!

People think that by washing their extensions it will cause them to fall out. This is incorrect.

In fact washing your eyelash extensions keeps them clean and free from any oil or dirt build up. This means that your lashes will last longer.

Always wash them gently with eyelash shampoo. Do this daily for better retention. ✨
