Afternoon to you all, hope you’re having a lovely Sunday & enjoying ☀️
On my last shake today as the 7 day challenge ends.
Feeling good today... i’d weighed myself, am less bloated and I’ve lost over 2lbs 🙌😀 so happy with that!
But it’s not all about the weight loss though, it’s getting back on track with the exercising and cutting out all of the snack rubbishy foods 👍🏼

My Breakfast Frappuccino shake 😋
Scoop of vanilla protein shake
1/4 cup of coffee
250ml Almond Milk
1/4 tsp of Cinnamon
Sprinkle of chia seeds
Ice cubes
Blended till creamy

Had my lunch shake - banana, with my protein shake in with almond milk and ice blended up!
Done all over body exercise on my crazyfit plate too 😊

Had my lunch shake - was yummy 😋 pear, almond milk, scoop of my protein shake, cherry yoghurt & ice cubes blended up!
Then out for a 25 min walk up the fields for spot of fresh air - saying hello to my neighbours
