SALON REGULATIONS
Before I confirm an appointment, I'll ask for a non-refundable deposit payment £10 (or more, depends on a hairstyle), which will be deducted from the service. This deposit is forfeited when the visit is cancelled, and a new deposit payment is required for a new appointment. Without having paid the deposit for your desired appointment, that time slot is available and able to be occupied by another person if they pay the deposit first.

✨ Real Hair Journey – Recovery After a Straightening Treatment ✨
This is hair before and after her first Cold Botox treatment.
A year ago, Kasia had a hair straightening treatment at another salon. Unfortunately, over time her hair became very dry, started breaking and lost its natural shine. Because she also lightens her hair, it now needs even more care and hydration.
When Kasia came to me, we talked honestly about expectations. One treatment cannot reverse months of damage overnight. Hair recovery is a process, and healthy hair takes time.
We decided to start with Cold Botox to deeply hydrate, nourish and improve the overall condition of her hair. The goal is to restore softness, elasticity and shine while reducing dryness and frizz.
Our plan is simple:
✨ Cold Botox treatment every 3 months.
✨ Professional home care using Bambara Shampoo, Conditioner and Heat Protector.
✨ Regular trims to gradually remove the damaged ends.
This is only the beginning of Kasia's hair transformation, and I'll be sharing updates as we continue her journey.
