Dear customers,
Our shop will be re-open from Monday, 26th April.
It has been a long time coming and we cannot wait to be back open and seeing all of our lovely clients again!
As expected, there are some changes that have been put in place due to covid 19.
* PPE will be worn by us at all times, this will include masks, visors and aprons.
* 15 minute slots will now be present between clients to allow sufficient time for cleaning, therefore I will not be able to see as many clients in one day as I once would have been.
* For the above reason may we ask that if you are unable to make your appointment, please give a minimum of 24hrs notice
* Less than 24hrs notice will incur a 50% charge, and clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be asked to pay the full treatment price.
* If you feel unwell, please cancel your appointment and no charges will be incurred providing you have informed us.
* Please arrive on time for your appointment.
* Please come alone to your appointments where possible and please leave unnecessary items at home or in your car.
* When entering the salon, clients will be asked to wash their hands thoroughly.
