Ever noticed how easy it can be to move through sun salutations or vinyasas on auto-pilot? It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it can get a bit sloppy when we’re less focused on what we’re doing. Recently, I’ve been thinking a lot about the various components of the sequences and how they all fit together. This workshop will break down the constituent parts, we’ll look at each in detail, then put it all together and get a nice flow going. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never done a sun salutation in your life before, this is for anyone and everyone. I’m very happy to have found a new space for my Tuesday evening class. From next week, Tuesday 11 July, it will be running in Studio 6.02 in St Margaret’s House. 👏 😃
I’ll initially be offering an all-levels flow at 6pm and plan to add a yin class on the same evening later in the summer.
